Product Overview:
This equipment uses a real Volkswagen car engine (generation 1, 2, and 3) anti-theft system as its base, fully demonstrating the composition and operation of the anti-theft system. It is suitable for schools to teach the theory and practical training of engine anti-theft systems.
Features:
1. A realistic and functional car engine (generation 1, 2, and 3) anti-theft system, fully demonstrating its composition.
2. The device can be started using both a legitimate and an illegitimate key. By turning the crankshaft and signal wheel, a legitimate key will activate the engine's electronic control system, causing the fuel injectors to inject fuel, the spark plugs to ignite, and the fuel pump to operate. An illegitimate key will lock the engine's electronic control system, realistically demonstrating the operation of the anti-theft system.
3. The demonstration panel is made of fire-resistant and moisture-proof high-grade aluminum composite panel with a special primer coating. The panel is printed with a color circuit diagram and working principle illustration that will never fade. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the actual device to understand and analyze the working principle of the car engine anti-theft system. 4. The teaching board panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals of various circuit components in the car engine immobilizer system, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
5. The teaching board panel is equipped with a diagnostic connector, which can be connected to a dedicated or universal car decoder to perform self-diagnostic functions on the engine control unit and immobilizer control unit, including ECU code lookup, fault code reading, fault code clearing, data stream reading, actuator testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis, and key matching.
6. The teaching board panel is constructed from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The base is constructed from welded steel with a powder-coated finish and features self-locking casters. The base also includes a 40cm tabletop for placing documents and lightweight testing instruments.
7. The teaching board operates on standard 220V AC power, which is converted to 12V DC power through internal circuitry. This eliminates the need for a battery, reducing charging inconvenience. The 12V DC power supply has short-circuit protection.
