I. Product Overview:
This high-strength transmission tilting stand is designed for practical teaching purposes, including structural demonstration, analysis, disassembly, assembly, and actual measurement of automotive transmissions. The stand consists of a base, tilting frame, reducer, connecting device, and oil reservoir. It utilizes a 100:1 worm gear reducer, allowing for easy 360-degree tilting of the engine or transmission. The stand is high-strength, with a load capacity exceeding 550 kg. All welds are high-temperature full welds, eliminating any gaps or incomplete welds. A large 15cm diameter support surface, connected with standard screws, allows for the installation and removal of any engine and transmission. Different 8mm connecting devices are provided for different transmission models (as shown in the diagram), ensuring stable disassembly and assembly without interference. The engine mounting height is adjustable, and an oil reservoir prevents oil contamination of the training room. The structure is simple and rational, offering good observation and operability.
