A smart teaching platform for drive motor assembly and testing

Product Overview:

The assembly and testing platform of drive control system is mainly used for drive system control and motor drive teaching and training. It can meet the teaching and training functions of new energy electronic control strategy, motor transmission and motor signal measurement. It is composed of two parts: drive motor, transmission and electric dynamometer.

The drive motor is a permanent magnet synchronous motor, the reducer is a single gear, the fixed gear and the reducer, the motor and the reducer are matched with each other, the drive system is a vehicle-grade product, the peak power of the motor is more than 160kW, and the cooling method is used. The technology platform can be powered on and no-load operation, and can check the no-load rotation abnormal sound of the motor, the phase current waveform of the stator winding, and the signal waveform of the resolver winding. After the motor and reducer are separated, the motor structure is complete, and the reducer box can be turned 360° and locked at any position, which is convenient for the disassembly and testing of internal gear sets, bearings, oil seals and other components. The technology platform is equipped with reducer box bracket and gear set bracket. The technology platform is equipped with stator windings and resolver signal detection boxes, which can collect relevant data. The technology platform can graphically and dynamically display motor speed, bus voltage, phase voltage, motor temperature, controller temperature, etc., with a screen size of 32 inches. The technology platform has an external port that can be interconnected with the battery pack packaging test and detection and diagnosis training station. The platform configures resource storage, computers, and display display systems. The platform is equipped with a resolver zero calibration tool, which can disassemble and assemble the resolver.
