I. Product Overview:
This training platform uses components from the entire automotive electrical system to realistically demonstrate the structure of the vehicle's instrument panel, lighting system, illumination system, wiper system, starting system, charging system, ignition system, door and window lock system, and audio system. It can demonstrate the working process and principles of these systems. Suitable for practical training in the construction and repair of automotive electrical systems in vocational schools and automotive training institutions, it meets the teaching needs of schools at different levels regarding the structure, working principles, fault setting, and diagnosis of automotive electrical systems.
II. Component Structure:
Engine control unit, instrument cluster, electronic throttle body, left front window motor, right front window motor, left front window lock block, right front window lock block, left rear window motor, left rear window lock block, right rear window motor, right rear window lock block, rearview mirror switch, window switch, rearview mirror, diagnostic connector, crankshaft position sensor, oxygen sensor, air flow meter, knock sensor, coolant temperature, intake pressure sensor, ignition coil, high-voltage wire, spark plugs, fuel injectors, ignition switch, wiper motor, relay and fuse box, alternator, starter, battery, audio system, left and right front headlight assemblies, left and right front turn signals, left and right front fog lights, left and right rear fog lights, left and right rear turn signals, left and right rear taillights, license plate lights, interior lights. The equipment includes: lights, reading lights, parking lights, main power switch, training panel, mobile test bench, and fault setting system.
III. Functional Features:
1. Complete set of automotive electrical system components, including the instrument panel, lighting system, illumination system, wiper system, starting system, charging system, ignition system, and audio system, fully demonstrating the structural composition of the entire automotive electrical system.
2. The entire automotive electrical system functions normally. Operating various electrical switches and buttons realistically demonstrates the working status of the instrument panel, lighting system, illumination system, wiper system, starting system, charging system, ignition system, and audio system, fully demonstrating the working process and principles of the entire automotive electrical system.
3. The training bench panel features color-printed circuit diagrams and working principle illustrations, allowing students to intuitively compare the circuit diagrams and physical components to understand and analyze the working principles of the entire automotive electrical system.
4. The training bench panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing of the electrical signals, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals, at the wiring pins of each electrical component in the entire automotive electrical system.
5. The training platform is equipped with a diagnostic connector, which can be connected to a dedicated or universal automotive decoder to perform self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes and reading data streams for all automotive electrical systems.
6. The equipment adopts a mobile platform structure with locking swivel casters for convenient teaching; the entire platform is constructed with rigid structures welded using national standard materials; the surface is treated with high-grade automotive paint powder coating and high-temperature baking, making it moisture-proof, rust-proof, aesthetically pleasing, and durable.
