Product Overview:
1. The new energy vehicle drive system assembly, adjustment, and testing platform adopts the original, brand-new powertrain from BYD pure electric vehicles. The drive motor is a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the reducer is a single-gear fixed-ratio unit. The motor and reducer are matched, with a motor power of 80kW (160KW) and torque of 310N.m, using liquid cooling.

2. The motor and reducer can be easily separated via a lead screw. After separation, the motor structure remains intact, and the reducer housing can be rotated 360° and locked in any position, facilitating the disassembly and testing of internal gear sets and other assemblies.

3. The power battery PACK assembly, adjustment, and testing technology platform can interconnect with this platform, providing power to the controller to drive the motor. It can check for abnormal noise during no-load motor rotation, stator winding phase current waveforms, and rotary transformer winding signal waveforms. The technology platform is equipped with signal detection ports for convenient signal detection.

4. The technology platform is equipped with a resource storage computer and monitor, capable of storing visual course resources and text resources, supporting remote resource updates, and allowing control of motor rotation via a graphical interface to achieve no-load motor testing.

5. The gearbox gear set can be horizontally mounted, facilitating the inspection of gear wear, gear meshing, and adjustment of shim thickness. The competition skills operation fully conforms to the actual industry workflow. The lead screw track separates the motor and gearbox, reducing wear on the gearbox input shaft splines and the internal splines of the motor. Oil collection grooves are installed around the platform, which can bear a weight of 1 ton.

1. This equipment system was developed to meet the actual needs of vocational schools and other institutions training professionals in electric vehicle technology. It adopts a three-in-one design model: an industrial-style drive energy supply platform, a powertrain assembly/disassembly platform, and intelligent teaching software. This combines practical training with advanced internet-based electrified teaching methods, enabling trainees to systematically learn and practice the core components of electric vehicles (motor and reducer), mastering the assembly, disassembly, and testing procedures and standards for motors and reducers in electric vehicles, closely aligning with industry needs. The system's built-in computer and display system can also be used for software operation and control, realizing the motor's operating status and parameter changes under different vehicle operating conditions.

2. This technical platform consists of two parts: first, a powertrain disassembly and assembly training platform, where participants can perform motor testing and disassembly/measurement of the main reducer assembly; second, a drive energy supply platform, which participants can use to supply power to the powertrain and control the operation of the powertrain motor.

3. The powertrain disassembly and assembly training platform uses the original powertrain from a BYD E5, equipped with a motor-reducer separation mechanism and a reducer reversing mechanism, allowing for flexible disassembly, assembly, and testing of the powertrain. An intelligent information acquisition and testing box is also installed next to the motor, allowing students to measure data such as motor phase current waveforms, resolver sensor waveforms, and winding temperature sensor resistance values ​​using measuring instruments.

4. The drive energy supply platform internally contains a rectifier and a motor controller. When controlling motor operation, it can utilize both AC and DC voltage platforms, enabling the entire technical platform to be used independently or linked with the power battery PACK assembly, adjustment, and testing technical platform, making the training more flexible and the content richer. The platform also features an intelligent teaching system, facilitating professional teachers' instruction on the structure, principles, and testing practices of new energy vehicle drive systems.

5. Based on the Android system and Wi-Fi, the system integrates an intelligent fault setting and assessment system into an app that runs on any Android smartphone or tablet. It utilizes the Wi-Fi networking capability of the phone or tablet to wirelessly communicate with the training platform or demonstration board equipped with a remote fault setting and control system module.

6. Access Control Function: The system allows for the setting of administrator, teacher, and student permissions. Administrators can manage system IDs, passwords, and exam question ranges.
