Electronic Air Suspension Training Platform
I. Product Overview:
This training platform showcases the actual structure of an electronic air suspension system, simulating various driving conditions. It demonstrates how the air suspension automatically raises and lowers itself according to driving conditions, and how the damping of the electronically controlled shock absorbers changes, making it easier for instructors to teach. It is suitable for practical training in the construction and maintenance of electronic suspension systems in secondary and higher vocational schools and automotive training institutions, meeting the teaching needs for the structural composition, working principle, fault setting, and diagnosis of electronic suspension systems.
II. Components:
Original factory electronic suspension door switch, brake switch, height control switch, air suspension computer, left front air suspension, right front air suspension, left rear air suspension, right rear air suspension, height sensors (left front, right front, left rear, right rear), dryer and air pump, front height control valve, rear height control valve, exhaust valve, steering angle sensor, diagnostic connector, steering sensor, etc., large-format color UV inkjet printed circuit diagram, fault setting and troubleshooting device, movable test bench, test bench operation manual, experimental guide, and other accessories.
III. Functional Features:
1. A pointer-type air pressure gauge displays the air suspension pressure value. A digital instrument panel displays the operating voltage of each sensor;
2. The computer automatically adjusts to simulate road conditions, load changes, and driving conditions;
3. Demonstrates the working process of the original vehicle's electronic suspension system (simulating various driving conditions such as: ① vehicle acceleration; ② vehicle deceleration; ③ vehicle loading; ④ vehicle unloading; ⑤ vehicle steering), fully demonstrating the composition and structure of the air suspension system and simulating various driving conditions. 1. Demonstrates the automatic raising and lowering of the air suspension system and the damping changes of the electronically controlled shock absorbers under various driving conditions;
4. Demonstrates the principle, function, and operation of the electronic suspension system;
5. Demonstrates the adjustment and function of the height sensor; LEDs on the panel display the operating status of each actuator circuit;
6. The fault simulation system can simulate actual operating conditions and set 1-36 common faults;
7. Equipped with a diagnostic connector for original vehicle fault detection and communication, it can read fault codes from the electronic control system;
8. The training platform panel is equipped with multi-functional testing terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform signals from the terminals of each sensor, actuator, and suspension control unit;
9. The training platform panel features a color-printed steering principle diagram consistent with the original vehicle, directly printed on a 4.0mm aluminum composite panel (UV flatbed printing). (The schematic diagram panel is guaranteed to remain unchanged for many years), allowing students to intuitively compare the schematic diagram with the actual system, and understand and analyze the working principle of the control system;
