Hybrid Electric Engine Training Platform
I. Product Overview:
This equipment is based on the Toyota Prius hybrid electric engine and electronic drivetrain. It allows for practical operation of the engine and electronic drivetrain under starting, acceleration, and deceleration conditions, realistically demonstrating the composition and working process of a hybrid electric engine. It is suitable for the teaching needs of vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges, and training institutions for hybrid electric engine and maintenance training.
II. Functional Features:
1. A real, operable hybrid electric engine, fully demonstrating its composition and working process.
2. The training platform panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer coating; the panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that will never fade, and the surface is coated with varnish; students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the actual hybrid electric engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
3. The training platform panel is equipped with automotive instrument clusters and a multi-function display screen, which can display real-time changes in parameters such as power transmission process, vehicle speed, and fault indicator lights for the electronic control system.
4. The training platform panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals, at the pins of various sensors, actuators, engine control unit, automatic transmission, hybrid power unit, and power control unit.
5. The training platform is equipped with a diagnostic connector, which can be connected to a dedicated automotive decoder for self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes and reading data streams for the engine, automatic transmission, hybrid power system, and power supply electronic control systems.
6. The training platform is equipped with a throttle control device for easy acceleration and deceleration of the engine.
7. The training platform is equipped with a main power switch, a radiator protective cover, a flywheel protective cover, and other installation protection devices.
8. The training platform base is constructed of welded steel structure with a powder-coated surface. It features self-locking casters, ensuring flexible movement, safety, reliability, and durability.
