Product Overview:
This hydraulic torque converter dissection model is a core teaching and training device designed specifically for automotive/mechatronics vocational schools and training institutions. It utilizes a real automotive AT transmission hydraulic torque converter (mainstream model with lock-up clutch) for professional CNC dissection and processing. It statically displays the structure and dynamically demonstrates the working principle, used for hands-on teaching of torque converter structure recognition, principle understanding, disassembly and assembly testing, and fault diagnosis. It replaces in-use vehicle assemblies that cannot be directly dissected, balancing safety and intuitiveness.
Features:
1. Uses a hydraulic torque converter assembly with lock-up clutch (complete with accessories) for dissection, with all components present, comprehensively showcasing the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and surface-treated with a spray coating. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Project:
I. Overall Training Objectives
This training uses a hydraulic torque converter anatomical model (mainstream model with lock-up clutch) as the core carrier, combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills to achieve the following objectives:
1. Master the core structural components of the hydraulic torque converter, the functions of each component, and the working principles of hydraulic torque conversion and coupling; clarify the working mechanism of the lock-up clutch;
2. Proficiently complete the standardized disassembly and assembly of the anatomical model, and inspect key parts; master assembly techniques and key points of clearance control;
3. Be able to identify common faults in hydraulic torque converters (such as lock-up slippage, guide wheel jamming, etc.), and master fault simulation, diagnosis, and basic troubleshooting methods;
4. Develop professional habits of safe operation, standardized use of tools, and orderly management of parts, and improve practical and analytical abilities in automotive automatic transmission systems.
II. Training Participants
Training Participants: Students majoring in Automotive Inspection and Repair, New Energy Vehicle Technology, and Mechatronics in secondary/higher vocational schools; in-house trainers in automotive repair companies;
III. Module-Based Training Projects (Core Content)
Module 1: Hydraulic Torque Converter Structure Recognition and Anatomical Observation (Basic Module)
Module 2: Standard Disassembly and Assembly of Hydraulic Torque Converter and Clearance Inspection (Core Skills Module)
Module 3: Working Principle Demonstration and Fault Simulation Diagnosis (Comprehensive Application Module)
Module 4: Training Assessment and Summary
