This dissected model is based on the original factory fixed caliper disc brake assembly. Through precise dissection, functional preservation, color-coded zoning, and integration onto a dedicated chassis, it is designed and manufactured specifically for teaching, practical training, and skills assessment of braking systems in vocational schools, automotive training institutions, and automotive repair shops. It is a core teaching tool for integrated theory and practice teaching of automotive chassis braking modules, helping learners quickly master the structure, principles, and maintenance points of fixed caliper disc brakes.

1. Dissected using a fixed caliper disc brake assembly (with complete accessories), all components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors painted on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and formed, with a powder-coated surface. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
