Based on a mass-produced original three-way catalytic converter, it realistically reproduces the internal structure, layers, and core components of the three-way catalytic converter through precise cutting, reinforced fixation, and high-gloss treatment of the cross-sections. Equipped with an adjustable demonstration system, it can intuitively demonstrate the catalytic principle and workflow of exhaust gas purification, making it a core teaching tool for theoretical teaching, practical training demonstrations, and skills assessment.
