Product Overview:

This gear pump anatomical model is based on a commonly used gear pump (spur/helical) in the industrial and automotive fields. Precisely cut, color-coded, and securely fixed to a dedicated teaching base, it serves as a core training tool for courses such as mechanical transmission, hydraulics and pneumatics, and automotive chassis.

The model fully preserves all core components, including the driving gear, driven gear, pump body, pump cover, bearings, seals, inlet, and outlet. The cut positions are precise and reasonable, and the different functional components such as gears, pump body, and sealing structures are clearly distinguished by color-coded paint, providing a visual demonstration of the gear pump's internal structure, component assembly relationships, and power transmission path.

This model focuses on showcasing the core working principle of the gear pump: the "meshing volume change." It clearly demonstrates how the inlet chamber volume increases when the driving gear rotates, causing the driven gear to rotate. This product showcases the complete working process of negative pressure oil suction and reduced oil outlet volume through compression, facilitating the explanation of the suction and discharge mechanism and sealing principle of positive displacement pumps.

The product features a high-strength fixed structure with a smooth, burr-free cut surface, making it wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It can be repeatedly used for classroom demonstrations, student group observations, and structural awareness training, requiring no additional power to teach basic structure and principles. Suitable for vocational/higher vocational programs in mechanical and automotive fields, as well as mechanical repair training institutions and pre-employment training for enterprises, it effectively reduces the difficulty of understanding abstract principles, helping students quickly grasp the structural characteristics and working logic of gear pumps, laying a foundation for subsequent equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis.

Features:
1. The gear pump assembly (with complete accessories) is dissected, showcasing all components and comprehensively demonstrating the internal and external structure of the assembly.

2. Different colors are used for dissection and painting of each section, clearly displaying the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing rubber pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Training Project:
I. Training Objectives
1. Identify the overall structure of the gear pump anatomical model, accurately identifying the core components and their assembly positions, including the driving gear, driven gear, pump body, pump cover, bearings, seals, inlet, and outlet.

2. Understand the core working principle of the gear pump—"volume change for oil suction and discharge"—and master the meshing transmission between the driving and driven gears, the volume change law of the inlet and outlet chambers, and the oil suction and discharge process.

3. Master the basic skills of gear pump structure identification, component function judgment, and simple assembly relationship inspection. Be able to verbally describe the function and collaborative working process of each component based on the anatomical model.

4. Establish a correlation between common gear pump faults (such as leakage, jamming, and insufficient flow) and structural damage, and possess basic fault analysis skills.

5. Standardize the operation of training equipment, cultivate rigorous training habits, and lay the foundation for subsequent repair, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of mechanical pump equipment.

II. Target Participants

Students majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology, Automotive Inspection and Repair, Construction Machinery, and related fields at secondary/higher vocational schools; trainees at mechanical repair training institutions; and personnel undergoing pre-employment/skills enhancement training for mechanical positions in enterprises.

III. Training Content

Project 1: Gear Pump Anatomical Structure Identification and Component Recognition

Project 2: Gear Pump Working Principle Demonstration and Understanding

Project 3: Gear Pump Structural Inspection and Assembly Relationship Analysis

Project 4: Common Fault Simulation and Analysis + Training Summary
