Product Overview:
This model is an automotive electrical teaching and training device based on a vehicle-mounted geared starter motor. It involves cutting, dissecting, and dynamically demonstrating the actual assembly. It is primarily used for teaching the structure, working principles, and maintenance of automotive starter motors.
Features:
1. It uses a complete starter motor assembly (with all accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the internal and external structure of the assembly.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

I. Training Objectives
1. Cognitive Objective: To master the overall structure of a starter motor with a gear reduction device and accurately identify the names and installation locations of core components such as the DC motor, gear reduction mechanism, electromagnetic switch, and one-way clutch.
2. Skill Objectives: Students will be able to demonstrate the starter motor's operation manually, understand the torque-increasing principle and power transmission route of the gear reduction mechanism, and develop a basic ability to identify common starter motor structural abnormalities.
3. Competency Objectives: Students will cultivate standardized operation, meticulous observation, and teamwork habits during practical training; establish a safety awareness for automotive electrical equipment training; and understand the core role of the starter motor in the automotive starting system.
II. Training Focus and Difficulties
- Focus: The structural composition and torque-increasing principle of the gear reduction mechanism (planetary gears/cylindrical gears); the sequence of actions of each starter motor component (electromagnetic switch engagement → shift fork pushing the one-way clutch → drive gear meshing with flywheel → motor operation).
- Difficulties: Understanding the power transmission path of gear reduction; distinguishing the working state (engaged/disengaged) and function of the one-way clutch; identifying the structural differences between a reduction-type starter motor and a conventional direct-drive starter motor.
