Product Overview:
This product is a dedicated dissection teaching model of the Steyr RQV type inline plunger fuel injection pump. Based on the original factory high-pressure fuel pump assembly, it features precise dissection, color-coded markings, and a benchtop design. It fully preserves the core structure and working logic of the mechanical inline pump, including plunger pumping, rack and pinion speed regulation, cam drive, and delivery valve pressure regulation. It is a core training device for teaching diesel engine fuel supply systems, structural understanding, principle demonstration, and fault analysis.
Features:
1. Uses a diesel engine high-pressure fuel pump assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection. All components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
