Product Overview:

The Inline Injection Pump Dissected Model (RSV) is a teaching and training device for diesel engines equipped with an RSV-type centrifugal full-speed governor inline high-pressure fuel injection pump. It features a precise dissection of the original assembly, color-coded sections, and a stable base. In RSV, R represents centrifugal, S represents a tension spring-type speed governor, and V represents full-speed governor. It is a core teaching tool for diesel engine fuel injection systems, used to visually demonstrate the internal structure, speed regulation principle, and fuel supply process of the inline pump.

Features:
1. Dissected using a complete diesel engine high-pressure fuel pump assembly (with all accessories), all components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. The dissection and different colors painted on each section clearly show the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

II. Training Objectives
To understand the overall structure, oil circuit routing, and names and installation locations of various components of the inline injection pump.
To master the composition and function of the RSV governor (centrifugal flyweight, speed regulating spring, idle speed spring, correction spring, adjusting rack, fuel supply lever, etc.).
To understand the working processes of diesel engine idle speed control, rated speed control, start-up enrichment, and torque correction.
To be able to demonstrate the fuel injection pump supply variation patterns under different operating conditions through manual operation of the model.
To establish a logical understanding of the diesel engine fuel supply system and speed control, laying the foundation for disassembly, assembly, and debugging. III. Training Principles

The inline injection pump achieves high-pressure oil supply by driving the plunger to reciprocate through a camshaft; the RSV governor automatically adjusts the oil supply by balancing the centrifugal force of the centrifugal hammer with the spring force.
