I. Product Overview:
This product is a teaching and training platform for new energy electric vehicle charging piles. It includes a demonstration panel and an electric vehicle charging pile. The charging pile has a built-in IC card reader, indicator system, infrared communication unit, human-machine interface, and lightbox components. The human-machine interface is located on the front of the charging pile, allowing users to operate and control it. A card reader area is also provided on the front of the charging pile. This product, through the reasonable combination of the IC card reader, operation/fault/charging indicator system, infrared communication unit, human-machine interface, and lightbox components, demonstrates the actual working conditions of the new energy vehicle charging pile in real time. It solves the problem of the lack of teaching aids for new energy vehicle charging piles in automotive repair teaching, providing breakdown demonstrations, explanations of principles, and real-time observation.
II. Functional Features:
1. This device serves as a teaching panel and electric vehicle charging station. The electric vehicle charging station integrates an IC card reader, an indicator system, an infrared communication unit, a human-machine interface (HMI), and a lightbox assembly. The HMI is located on the front face of the charging station, allowing users to operate and control it. The front face of the charging station includes a card reader area and a charging socket door. A charging interface is located inside the charging socket door, where the electric vehicle's charging plug is inserted. The IC card is read by the IC card reader.
2. The teaching panel includes a main frame with casters at the bottom. A desktop is located on the top of the main frame, and a panel cabinet is located on the top of the main frame, displaying a panel.
3. Indicator lights are located on the exterior of the electric vehicle charging station, controlled by the indicator system.
4. Four casters are provided; these are omnidirectional casters.
5. The HMI is a touchscreen display.
