Product Overview:

This training platform utilizes mainstream new energy lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, offering two cell types: 3.2V 20AH and 3.2V 50AH. These are square-shaped aluminum-cased batteries, used in electric vehicles from manufacturers like Nanjing Golden Dragon and Zotye. Two of each type of cell are included, allowing for voltage and internal resistance measurement, and fostering a basic understanding of LFP (square) power batteries.

Features:

The individual cells are placed on a platform, allowing students to practically measure the voltage and internal resistance of different cell models. Students will learn about the 3.2V voltage platform and basic parameters of LFP batteries. A self-provided charger can be used to recharge the individual cells.

The training platform consists of a movable frame and a schematic panel. The panel stands upright and displays a 3D anatomical diagram, introducing basic knowledge of individual cells and showcasing the basic parameters of LFP batteries. The platform is equipped with four casters for easy movement, and the casters also have a self-locking device for stable positioning.

The training platform includes two fully dissected LFP cells, realistically demonstrating the internal structure of LFP batteries.

The equipment frame is constructed from 40mm x 40mm integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles, which are oil- and corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The tabletop is covered with 32mm thick colored high-density composite board.
