Product Overview:

The Vacuum Controlled Injection Pump Anatomical Model is a physical dissection and color-coded teaching device specifically designed for automotive vocational education and internal combustion engine training. Based on a real vehicle's vacuum controlled injection pump assembly, it undergoes precise sectioning and processing to visually demonstrate the structure, assembly relationships, and working paths of core components such as the pump body, vacuum controller, nozzle, mixing chamber, diffuser, delivery valve, and speed control mechanism. It is a core teaching tool for teaching automotive diesel engine injection systems.

Features:
1. Uses a diesel engine high-pressure fuel pump assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, with all components present, comprehensively showcasing the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Training Projects:
Training 1: Identification and Disassembly/Assembly of the Jet Pump Assembly
Training 2: Demonstration of Vacuum Control Principles and Venturi Effect
Training 3: Analysis of Oil Supply Path and Gas Path
Training 4: Observation of Vacuum Control Mechanism Action and Speed Regulation Characteristics
Training 5: Simulation and Diagnosis of Typical Fault Phenomena
Training 6: Comparison with Ordinary Inline Pumps/Distributor Pumps
