Product Overview:
This device simulates the BYD pure electric vehicle power battery system, including the power battery pack and battery management unit. It fully demonstrates the internal structure, control principles, and performance parameters of the power battery. It is suitable for teaching the principles of pure electric vehicle power battery systems in secondary and higher vocational schools and training institutions.
Features:
1. This device simulates the BYD power battery pack (including the BMS). The power battery pack utilizes a distributed battery management system consisting of a battery management controller (BMC), a battery information collector, and a battery sampling line. The BMC's main functions include charge and discharge management, contactor control, power control, battery abnormality alarm and protection, SOC/SOH calculation, self-test, and communication. The BMC's main functions include battery voltage sampling, temperature sampling, cell balancing, and sampling line anomaly detection. The power battery sampling line connects the BMC and the battery information collector, enabling communication and information exchange between them. All major components are mounted on the platform, and the electrical connections are identical to those of an actual vehicle. After power is removed, they can be easily disassembled, allowing trainees to master the key points of disassembly and assembly of high-voltage system components and safety precautions during the process. The power battery pack is covered with an acrylic cover that matches the appearance of the original vehicle battery, making it easier to observe the internal structure of the battery.
2. This training platform provides power for the "drive transmission system" and "air conditioning control system" training platforms. The connecting cables are the same as those of the original vehicle and are connected in the same manner as the original vehicle. The platform is equipped with a 12V power grounding mechanical switch that can disconnect the 12V ground at any time, shutting off power to the entire system.
3. It is equipped with an intelligent fault assessment function: it mainly consists of two independent systems: the teacher's fault setting terminal and the student's answering terminal, which are installed on a mobile terminal. The teacher's mobile teaching terminal can connect to the integrated teaching aid's fault setting module to perform fault setting. After the fault setting is completed, students take the assessment and answer questions using the student's mobile learning terminal. The assessment results are automatically stored in the device execution module, allowing the teacher to easily check each student's results. To facilitate sensor and actuator identification and measurement, and to replicate real-vehicle testing scenarios while minimizing damage to sensor and actuator plugs, a ≥5cm long test terminal is connected in parallel to the original vehicle wiring harness plug. This terminal is made of transparent acrylic, laser engraved and printed on a flatbed, and its shape must mirror the original vehicle plug. The measurement terminal utilizes a dedicated test terminal, labeled with the measurement angle number and sensor and actuator name. Electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency can be directly measured at the test terminals from various sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pins. A multimeter and oscilloscope are used to monitor parameter changes in real time under various conditions.
4. The training platform is constructed from a European-standard aluminum profile frame, ensuring durability and long-lasting discoloration. Four casters are installed on the base for flexible mobility and self-locking features for secure positioning. A dedicated vehicle-specific decoder is used to read OBDII fault codes, ensuring the maximum authenticity of vehicle fault data and operational authenticity. The high-voltage components on the bench are protected by highly transparent plexiglass, with removable windows for plugging in high-voltage components. This ensures that the high-voltage components and cables within the equipment are not damaged during normal storage, which could result in insulation degradation.
5. The training bench panel is printed with a circuit diagram and equipped with test ports, allowing for real-time monitoring of parameter changes under various conditions using a multimeter and oscilloscope. A training guide is included with the training bench.
