Product Overview:

Based on a real BYD pure electric vehicle electrical system, this training platform fully demonstrates the composition and operation of various automotive electrical systems, including lighting, wiper, horn, power windows, and power door locks. It is suitable for vocational schools and training institutions providing theoretical and practical training in the electrical systems of pure electric vehicles.

Features:

1. All components of the vehicle's low-voltage system are retained, with unchanged electrical connections, allowing for plug-and-play practice. This enables students to master the key points of disassembling and assembling low-voltage system components. This training platform can operate independently, powered by a 12VDC switching power supply.

2. Intelligent fault assessment function: It consists of two independent systems: a teacher fault setting terminal and a student answering terminal, installed on a mobile terminal. Teachers connect the mobile teaching terminal to the fault setting module to set faults. After setting the faults, students answer questions through their mobile learning terminals. Assessment results are automatically stored in the device execution module for easy teacher access to each student's scores.

3. To facilitate sensor and actuator identification and measurement, and to replicate the real-vehicle testing scenario while minimizing connector damage from plug insertion and removal, a ≥5cm detection terminal must be connected in parallel next to the original vehicle wiring harness connector. The detection terminal is made of transparent acrylic material, laser-engraved and flatbed-painted, with a shape identical to the original vehicle connector's planar shape. The measurement terminal uses dedicated detection terminals, labeled with the measurement angle number and sensor/actuator name. Electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals can be directly measured at the measurement terminals of each sensor, actuator, and control unit pin. Parameter changes under various conditions can be monitored in real time using a multimeter and oscilloscope.

4. The training platform is assembled from an aluminum profile frame. Four casters are installed at the bottom for flexible movement, and the casters have self-locking devices for fixed positioning.

5. A training manual is included with the training platform.
