Product Overview:

This product realistically presents the connection and control relationships, installation locations, and operating parameters of core components in a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, as well as high-voltage system safety precautions. It also cultivates students' ability to analyze and handle faults in a LFP battery management system (BMS).

Suitable for understanding and verifying the parameters of electric vehicle power batteries, performing real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis, SOC estimation, short-circuit protection, insulation detection, charge/discharge control, and equalization. It interacts with the on-board charger via CAN bus to ensure the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of electric vehicles.

Features:
1. A realistic and operable new energy power battery charging and discharging assembly, fully demonstrating the structural composition and logical control relationships of each major component.

2. All major components are mounted on a training platform with electrical connections identical to those in a real vehicle, allowing for easy disassembly and reassembly. This enables students to master the key points of high-voltage system component disassembly and reassembly, as well as safety protections, during the connection and rewiring process.

3. The BMS (Battery Management System) features passive balancing and switch control protection (cell disconnection, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature). It communicates with the on-board charger via CAN and controls the charger's operation, estimating SOC (State of Charge).

4. It acquires cell voltage, total voltage, current, and temperature data.

5. It has comprehensive fault alarm functions, including voltage, current, and temperature fault alarms.

6. It features SOC estimation, charge/discharge control, and passive balancing management. The system switches use passive mechanical contacts.

7. A 7-inch touchscreen display is mounted on the panel, allowing observation of various parameters during the charge/discharge process, and understanding of the control logic and parameter changes of key components. It comes with compatible BMS host computer calibration software.

8. The training platform is equipped with a discharge module to simulate vehicle energy consumption; the discharge current is selectable. The power battery pack is equipped with a mechanical maintenance switch for new energy vehicles, allowing for inspection by opening the top cover; all high-voltage electrical connectors are national standard products, ensuring reliable performance.

9. The training platform is equipped with a 12V power grounding mechanical switch, allowing for immediate disconnection of the 12V ground to cut off the entire system's power supply. The power battery pack output circuit is also equipped with a mechanically disconnectable emergency switch, suitable for easily disconnecting the main power circuit in emergencies.

10. A UV flatbed inkjet-printed color panel fully displays the power battery pack's charging and discharging working principle diagrams and includes detection terminals for real-time monitoring of parameter changes under various conditions.

11. The training platform consists of a mobile training platform (with a principle panel), placed horizontally to house the main components; four casters are installed at the bottom for flexible movement, and the casters also have self-locking devices for fixed positioning. It is equipped with a fault setting and assessment system with no fewer than 15 fault points.

12. The equipment frame is constructed using two types of integrated all-aluminum alloy profiles: 40mm×40mm and 40mm×80mm. It is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The tabletop is 40cm wide and covered with 32mm thick colored high-density composite board, ensuring durability and rust resistance. It comes with four self-locking casters for easy movement.

13. Equipped with a linear discharge load system, it can read various parameters during the discharge process. It also features a CAN diagnostic system (including hardware and software) to read various parameters and fault data during the charging and discharging process.

14. Accompanying training manuals and other teaching materials provide a complete explanation of the working principle, training projects, fault setting and analysis, and other key points.
