This equipment utilizes real components from six classic engine ignition systems (i.e., contact ignition system, Hall effect electronic ignition system, magnetic induction ignition system, distributorless group ignition system, and photoelectric ignition system) to fully demonstrate the comprehensive structure and operation process of engine ignition systems.

Features:

1. The demonstration panel uses 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel that is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fire-resistant, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer coating process. The panel is printed with color electronic circuit diagrams and operating principle illustrations that will never fade, allowing students to intuitively compare the electronic circuit diagrams and physical components to understand and analyze the operating principles of various ignition systems.

2. The operation panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing and measurement of the electrical signals of each electronic component of the ignition system, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.

3. The control panel is equipped with a diagnostic connector, allowing connection to a dedicated or universal automotive diagnostic tool for self-diagnostic functions of the engine electronic control system, such as reading and clearing fault codes.

The control panel utilizes a 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet stamping construction, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The base is constructed of welded steel, with a powder-coated finish. It features self-locking casters, and the base of the teaching board includes a 40cm tabletop for convenient placement of drawings, documents, lab manuals, and lightweight testing and measurement instruments.

4. The teaching board operates on a standard 220V AC power supply, which is converted to a 12V DC power supply via internal electronic circuitry. This eliminates the need for a battery, reducing charging inconvenience. The 12V DC power supply also features short-circuit protection.

5. Mechanical Assembly and Fitter Assembly Virtual Simulation System: This system is developed based on Unity3D, offering 6 levels of graphics quality. It includes features such as speed reducers, shaft system design and virtual disassembly/assembly, common mechanical mechanism design and simulation, a mechanism resource library, and a typical mechanical mechanism (virtual disassembly/assembly of a gasoline engine). The system is a unified whole, not individual resources.

6. Speed ​​Reducer Design and Virtual Disassembly/Assembly Interface: Options include worm gear bevel gear speed reducers, two-stage unfolded cylindrical gear speed reducers, bevel-cylindrical gear speed reducers, coaxial cylindrical gear speed reducers, bevel gear speed reducers, and single-stage cylindrical gear speed reducers. The system automatically plays assembly content upon entering the tutorial, with text explanations for each step in the video.
